refers to members of Beauty2Go portal or app clients who have purchased either product or Services through the Beauty2Go portal or app
refers to massage therapist, beauticians and nurses who have been onboarded into the Beauty2Go.my system
refers to beauty2go.my
means to any services offered by Beauty2Go described in the “Services” tab
By entering our Website, you also represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use our Website.
B. CONTENT & PRICING INFO
The contents and materials on our Website are provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for decision-making without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the contents and materials in our Website is at your own risk. Beauty2Go shall not be responsible to any errors, inaccuracies or omission in the Website.
Our Website may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, may not be up to-date and is provided for your reference only. We reserves all rights to change, modify and remove any of the contents and materials on our Website at any time with or without prior notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our Website. You aware and agree that it is your responsibility to monitor the changes in our Website.
Although we have made every effort to display the products, Services and interior images as accurately as possible, the displayed colour of products, Services and interior images will depend upon your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor will accurately portray the actual colours and images of such images. We also do not guarantee that the quality and accuracy of the products and Services, information and other materials that you purchased or obtained meet your expectations, or that any error in the products and services will be corrected and/or compensated.
Certain products and Services may be available exclusively on our Website for limited time and/or quantities. You are aware that purchased and/or booked products and Services from Beauty2Go are subject to availability. You are also aware that each booking voucher is applicable for one user only and the booking voucher is not transferable and not exchangeable for cash, any other products or Services. Prices, information, contents and materials of the products and Services shown on our Website are subject to change without prior notice. Beauty2Go reserves the rights to change, modify and remove any of the Services and/or the Services information at any time without prior notice and at the sole discretion of us. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, pricechanges, suspension or discontinuance of the products and/or Services, and we will not be liable for any typographical error regarding the price or any other matters.
Beauty2Go reserves all rights, in our sole discretion, to limit or cancel any purchase of the products and/or Services to any individual and/or household, order, geographic region or jurisdiction. These restrictions may include products and/or Services booked and/or purchased by the same registered account, the same credit and/or debit card, or the same billing address or shipping address. Beauty2Go will endeavor to notify you by contacting your email address and/or contact number that has been registered or provided in the event of a cancellation of your booking. We may also exercise such rights on a case-by- case basis.
Beauty2Go also reserves all rights to limit the quantities or discontinue any product or Services in our Website that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. Any campaign for any product or Services made on our Website is void where prohibited.
C. BOOKING PROCESS & PAYMENT
You can make a booking through our Website or Beauty2Go App.
Your payment details will be requested at the time of booking and will be collected when you make a booking.
Full payment is required upon booking. No exchange will be offered after completing a booking.
By making a booking you agree to provide complete, correct and true information.
Once your booking is accepted and confirmed by the Talents, you will receive confirmation of your appointment by email and in-app notification.
As the lead person making the booking, you are responsible for: -
- Full payment of the applicable Services.
- Ensuring the Talents has access to your designated premises which must, in all cases, represent a suitable space in which the Services can be performed.
- Ensuring the health and safety of the Talents whilst at your designated premises.
Booking of desired Services must be made at least 1 day in advance of the requested Services date. Last minute booking may incur additional urgent charges and are subject to the availability of Talent. Talents availability depends on several factors such as booking distance, talents booking schedule and overall demand rate.
D. ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFO
- Debit, Visa and Master Card and are processed using iPay88;
- Malaysia online banking portals and are processed using iPay88;
iPay88 is a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card information in a secure host environment.
By submitting your personal information and credit/debit card, bank account or payment gateway account information, to our Website upon account registration, information modification, product and/or service booking or purchase and during contacting us, you acknowledge and agree that the submitted information is current, complete, valid and accurate. Once your booking is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.
You also agree to promptly update your account and other information, including but not limited to, email address, credit/debit card(s) number and its expiration date to avoid from error occurrence during completing your transaction and to enable us in contacting you regarding your registered account or booking.
Rescheduling must be notified 3 days in advance before the scheduled Services. Rescheduling is allowed 1 time per Clients only. Failed to reschedule/notify within the specified time, the Services will be cancelled. You can reschedule via:
- Help button via Mobile App (Beauty2Go); or
- Call our customer service at 03-5516 6100 ext: 9361; or
- Email to help@Beauty2Go.my (Please provide your Order ID)
F. CANCELLATION & REFUND
If you must cancel the Services, please notify us via email before 3 working days of the scheduled Services date. If you fail to cancel the Services before 72 hours of the scheduled Services, you will be charged the full price of the Services. There will be strictly no refund for cancellation less than 3 working days before the scheduled Services. Beauty2Go shall not entertain any refund request for booking that is less than 3 working days before the appointment date.
Please send us your request to cancel the Services together with your booking number in the email and send it to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Any cancellation request without a valid booking number will not be accepted. You must receive the cancellation confirmation from Beauty2Go to finalise this request.
If you have made a cancellation as mentioned above, all the refunds will take 7 working days upon your refund has been approved. The refunds will be deposited into your preferred Malaysia bank account automatically. Should you not receive a refund of an approved refund request, kindly contact your bank to check your bank account activities as some transactions take time to be shown or to be processed. Should the refund not found after you have checked with the bank, please contact us at help@ Beauty2Go.my
Beauty2Go will not make a refund to any unfulfilled bookings due to nature or emergency events that directly and/or indirectly caused by human errors, including but not limited to:
- Cancel the Services other than as permitted above i.e. outside of the 72 hour notification period;
- Late arrival or no-show up during booking duration under any circumstances;
- Fail to present your booking information upon arrival of the Talents;
- Clients fails or refuse to provide proof of identity to the Talents;
- Talents rejection due to violence, sexual or any verbal and/or physical offense;
- Talents rejection due to the gender-unmatching issue for Female-Only labelled services; or
- Talents rejection due to unsafe working environment.
You acknowledge and agree that if you elect to cancel requests for Services that have been accepted by a Talents, we may charge you a 30% cancellation fees.
Under certain circumstances, a refund will be automatically deposited to you for the following reasons: -
- Talents fails to attend the Services appointment;
- Medical proof that the Services provided cause health issues; Therefore, the complaint must be submitted within 36 hours with the accompanying medical proof.
Beauty2Go reserves all rights, at our sole and unfettered discretion, but have no obligation, to refund and to refuse any refund or cancellation request, and to cancel any Service to anyone for any reason at any time with or without prior notice.

G. LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
Except the relation to our contractual obligations to supply products and/or Services following acceptance of booking made via our Website, neither we nor any of our directors, officers, employees, interns, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers, licensors or other representatives will be liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any losses and damages whatsoever in any way connected with your use of our Website.
H. MODIFICATIONS TO, OR DISCONTINUATION OF BEAUTY2GO
We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently the Beauty2Go or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of Beauty2Go or any portion thereof.
L. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Website is controlled and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute, claim or cause of action arising out or in connection to this Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
TERMS OF SERVICE: SAFETY
- MEDICAL CONDITION
Clients have to disclose their physical conditions and medical conditions to Beauty2Go and Talents while acknowledging the Liability and Indemnity terms. Any medical condition that occurs 24 hours after the Services subscribed/purchased or unrelated to the Services subscribed/purchased will not hold Beauty2Go and Talents responsible.
Beauty2Go has strict compliance on the Code of Conduct. Clients are encouraged to understand the Code of Conduct for both Talents and Clients. Beauty2Go reserves the right to blacklist any Clients who violates the Code of Conduct.
Clients can always report any gross misconduct of our Talents to the official customer service channel and Beauty2Go will take strict action against the Talents involved. Still, Beauty2Go advises Clients to always be mindful and keep their valuable belonging in a safe and secured place to ensure they have a smooth and safe session.
Clients also reserves the right to reject any Services should they feel the booking session is unsafe (due to talent conduct, product used and more). Beauty2Go shall handle the cancelled session in accordance to the Cancellation and Refund policy and Beauty2Go reserves the right to handle the cases on case-by-case basis.
- LIMITED LIABILITY
(a) You understand that massage therapy is provided for stress reduction, relaxation, relief from muscular tension, and improvement of circulation and energy flow.
(b) If you experience pain or discomfort during the session, you will immediately inform your Talents so that pressure/strokes can be adjusted to your level of comfort. You will not hold your Talents and Beauty2Go responsible for any pain or discomfort your experience during or after the session.
(c) You agree to inform the Talents of any changes in your health and medical condition. You understand that there shall be no liability on the Talent’s or Beauty2Go’s part should you forget to do so.
(d) You waive and release your Talents and Beauty2Go from any and all liability, past, present, and future relating to the Services.
(e) You acknowledge that we are not a medical or healthcare service provider. If an emergency or urgent medical situation arises, you understand that you should immediately seek emergency medical care at a hospital.
CLIENT CODE OF CONDUCT
- BE A GOOD BEAUTY2GO CITIZENS
Act in good faith.
Do not cheat or defraud Beauty2Go by any method such as sharing or creating duplicate accounts. Use only the official Beauty2Go application downloaded from the Google Play/ Apple Store. Do not keep applications or devices with the potential of modifying Beauty2Go’s intended user experience. This includes location spoofing applications, rooted/jailbroken/modified devices and/or exposed frameworks. Always provide truthful information when creating and accessing your account, or disputing charges or fees. Use offers and promotions only as intended.
Do not share accounts or create duplicate accounts. Always provide truthful information when creating and accessing your accounts, disputing charges or fees, or when writing in to provide feedback. Use offers and promotions only as intended.
Do not bully our Beauty2Go Talents
Be cooperative and do not abuse, threaten or harass our Beauty2Go Talents in your premises, over the telephone or on social media. These acts include unauthorised photo/video-taking, stalking and asking for mobile numbers.
Use the right Services.
Choose the right Beauty2Go Services for your needs, or your Talents may refuse to provide the Services to you.
Use the Services properly.
Do not make arrangements with Talents outside the application – we can’t provide support or help to ensure your safety.
Make correct payment.
Check your mode of payment (including any promo or rewards codes) before booking. Confirm the order before check-out.
Your account, your responsibility.
Keep your account details up to date. Only access your account through the official Beauty2Go app or Website. Keep your password private. Do not respond to any requests for your login details. If you believe that your membership account is compromised, reach out to us.
- STAY SAFE AND FOLLOW THE LAW
Assault, harassment or abuse of any kind will not be tolerated.
The following behaviours are prohibited by law: physical abuse, verbal harassment, sexual assault, rape, murder, kidnapping, threats and intimidation. You may not attempt to contact our Talents after Services have been rendered. Any complaints must be directed to Beauty2Go support team.
Theft, robbery, or property damage will not be tolerated.
You may be penalised under the prevailing law in the event of any theft, robbery, acts of vandalism, or damage to the Talent’s vehicle or other property.
Drugs and weapons must not be present in the premise
It is illegal to store drugs and weapons, which may be deemed as threat to Beauty2Go Talents. Our Talents has the right to refuse Services and cancel the appointment.
In case of emergency
If an emergency or urgent medical situation arises, you understand that you should immediately seek emergency medical care at a hospital. Once all parties are safe and authorities have been notified, contact Beauty2Go to report the incident.
- RESPECT OUR BEAUTY2GO TALENT
Show up and be on-time.
Show up for your appointment – and be punctual. Don’t cancel without good reason. If you’ve made an order with Beauty2Go, ensure someone is there to receive or welcome the Talents.
Ensure correct premise address.
Key in the correct premise address. Communicate with your Talents if the Talents did not appear for the appointment. Confirm your Talent’s identity before allowing them to enter your premise.
Be polite and respectful.
Treat your Talents with courtesy and respect at all times. Do not smoke/ vape. Do not litter, spit, vomit, shout, swear, consume food or drinks, or behave in a threatening manner. You are also responsible for the behaviour of our Talents, your guests.
Rate your Talents fairly.
After every Services, show your appreciation for our Talents by rating the Services provided and providing constructive feedback.
Respect your Talent’s privacy.
